Refund Policy

TechDispatch Pro is committed to quality service. This policy outlines our refund and guarantee terms.

1. Service Guarantee

All completed services are backed by our 30-day guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will dispatch a technician at no additional charge.

2. Eligible for Refund

• Technician was unable to resolve the issue and no alternative was provided
• Service was not performed due to our no-show without prior notice
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error

3. Non-Refundable

• Service was completed and issue was resolved at time of visit
• Customer cancels after technician has arrived on-site
• Issue recurs due to changes made by the customer after service
• Issue caused by ISP outages, third-party software, or manufacturer defects

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 2 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to $25.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
